Chicago is Sprint's largest WiMax market to date. The operator has so far installed 600 or so cell sites around the Chicago area, compared with 180 radios around Baltimore.

If they offer a CDMA/WiMAX device for laptops and keep the $50 a month promotion, I am going to be tempted. I have always wanted to get rid of Comcast.

Of course, that assumes that I am covered in the Chicago launch. I dont live far from Motorola's headquarters so I'm hoping that helps <g>.
