Yes, I remember how beautiful the night sky can be, but it's not very visible here in the city. I particularly remember the night sky in Big Bend National Park in West Texas. At the time I was there in the early '90s, the area was so remote that I couldn't pick up any radio stations.

Have you noticed how beautiful the night skies are?

I resemble that remark...<ggg> Wisdom from the GITS -- You said it! go chase squirrels and butterflies...

And those little Papillon critters of ours continue to make us laugh at their antics...

Pixie continues to love to be outside, UNLESS it is raining. Then we nearly have to shove her out the door to do her business....I'm thinking that maybe raincoats were meant for her...and boots. Isn't that silly?

Caesar, on the other hand, is a dainty little ruffian...he loves to go out, stamp in the mud, check out every tree and bush, go under the gazebo to see all the mud and sticks and stones, then scampers back in just so proud of himself for looking like a little mess.... "What, Me Worry?"

Now that the squirrels are busy gathering more nuts in preparation for winter, and the butterflies have hightailed it to warmer climes, the doggies are having to find new ways to entertain themselves. They have been bringing ALL their toys out of the box every day lately. Too bad they won't learn how to put them away when they are finished playing with them...

Have a wonderful weekend, Everyone! Between the cost of gas, and the worries about the economy, I'm using some of the time to straighten up things around here...
