Alexis, is there a public breakdown of market segments? what percentage of SGI product is hosting Oracle? is there a chart that shows changes in segments for the last three years? i remember seeing these when entertainment was gaining share.

You are making my point: Oracle customers are interested in TPS benchmarks. As long as the numbers are good, they would not care if the OS were 31.5 bit.

Btw, did anyone notice that IBM too reported disappointing RS/6000 and AS400 server sales?
