Ted has actually met the conservatives half way on this. Jim is fixated on maseratis i am afraid.

Thanks for the support but I've come to the point where I don't think there is any issue on which there can be some compromise with these people.

Having seen Jim post for over ten years, I think I know what he is trying to say, and it isn't about some fixation on Maseratis.

Ted on the other hand wants a bailout for all the wrong reasons, IMO. He's not meeting conservatives half-way. Instead, liberals forsee a future where the economy is heavily managed and regulated by a bureaucracy of their choosing.

That's why the only thing meaningful that Ted is saying these days is, "Why don't you guys take responsibility and step aside?" Only problem is the "you guys" part, because the blame is completely bipartisan.
