Yep, their game, playing field and rule book, which they can change when they feel like it.

On the morning of 9-11 as soon as I figured out what was going on I put in some huge pre-market trades to buy INVN stock when it was I think in the $3 something range. All of the pre-market trades were filled, verified and completed.

But later they busted all of them.
I went to arbitration, got the pipe.
It was special circumstances and other bs, they said.

This is why I consider trading total war.
Absolutely no whining and no prisoners.

INVN jumped to $12 I think when the markets opened up a week later.
