mek42, I owe you a big thank you. Avast seems to have finally
done the trick. Everything seems ok except that my Quotes Plus refuses to update. I'll get that figured out.

I have used AVG for a long time and it always did the trick. Not this time. Mcafee and Windows Live On Care wouldn't either. I've never had antivirus tell me that it couldn't delete before once it told me it had found something.

After using the Mcafee it went into hiding but was still there.

Seems my daughter the teacher got a memo on this virus at school today so maybe I got in on the leading edge of it.

If you get a pop up with Antivirus 2009 don't touch anything! lol!!

Johns link clued me into PC Flank which finally convinced me that the virus is indeed gone. Whew!
