Fred: I should have expounded a little more in the message above, about Germany and its capabilties. Not so much their industrial capabilities. We're aware of them, or should be. More along the lines of strategy and influence where world markets are concerned.

Some other time I guess.

Also, your report bolsters my image of what I see as probable for Japan. I just don't believe they'll scuttle their own boat.
