He claims to be a maverick and a tough nut when it comes to earmarks etc. He sure as hell isn't showing it to his voters now. Why not be a critic of the democrats who have been stalwart supporters of the fannies and freddies? Why not identify them? He always boasted about making ear markers famous. How about those in the bail out? He has about thirty days to get tough or else he will be another Bob Dole. I feel sorry for Palin. She has considerable potential in my view.
