Its interesting but this is a measure where some of the left and right can agree for different reasons.

My two glorious senators were not on your list. After voting, they admitted receiving over a 95% "against" from emailers and then proceeded to claim that the voters simply "did not understand". One of my favorite things about politicians who have done nothing else in their lives is their comprehensive (Washington, D.C. term) knowledge about what their constituents know and do not know about financial issues. Of course, none of those among the 95% opposes could have possibly been accountants, business owners, long time investors etc. who make significant money decisions daily.
