Does the ECB WANT the Euro to be lower? If they do, they
sure can arrange that. Getting a currency higher is usually
a problem for a Central Bank. -g-

Gold is a different animal, although it remains the most
heavily managed commodity/currency. It still cannot be created
out of thin air.

We do have some significant vaporization of global credit
in process
