It IS comforting today to see AIG up 3% and the miners down 10-15%, eh? Beyond crazy. Welcome to the jungle.

Gold could rocket but the level of fear and hedgie redemptions are likely to push that way out. I would love it, but instead of playing for the near term rocket I am loading for the long climb. Picked up an AEM 2010 leap today, expensive as hell, but whenever gold moves AEM will rocket. I am going to try to pick up more on downdrafts to go along with all the other miners and energy I am long. I did sell some Santos Oil today with the idea that it will be cheaper sometime soon, not the Petrobras though.
