Koan: you are in bad need of a history lesson. Check your facts. We have had mostly divided governemnt when the Repubs were in. During Carters term Dems controlled both houses and during this Bush's term Repubs controlled both houses for six years. The real lesson from this is that when one party controls both houses we get lousy government. Google control of congress and check out the wikpedia article that lays it out. Sorry for some reason I can't cut and paste the link. Also, the rules in the senate being what they are, even a majority does not control. I suppose you didn't bother to even look at the you tube link I supplied where you could actually see the Dems screwing up, or maybe you just can't believe your own eyes. Little joe
