These are highly profitable companies selling a must have product. You don't need a blackberry, but you can't live without fertilizer.

I read recently that some farmers are prepared to forgo crop productivity just to stay in the game and accept lower yields because of fertilizer costs and credit contraction for planting and capital needs.

Merrill issued a cut on all ferts. Farmers will not buy at present prices and farmers can get a season without fertilizer. I screwed up with MOO. MP
