I have a family of 5, so the first payoff to the thugs on wall street is about 700b/300m * 5 or $11700 say.

My "stimulus" bribe that should arrive in a few months will be $600-1000, I predict.

And around that time, there will be another $11700 borrowed in the name of my family. But the $1000 bribe will have convinced many that it's OK, just more tough medicine for the market.
