if HPD wants to get nasty, it won't matter what property values are. they have a history going waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay back. 20 years ago my cousin came down from DC to investigate the drownings by hpd of hispanics. hpd has a culture and a really shittty crime lab too. other than that.. lots has changed since then. probably one of the most multi ethnic cities in the usa.. and in the main, harmoniously so. who would have thunk that in a place like this.
