I grant the man genuine feelings about his desperate experience when his family was torn apart in that accident. I can’t believe he made such a lame play for sympathy.

What's really sad is this is the second time he's tried to exploit his family tragedy. First he lied about them being hit by a drunk driver in order to get sympathy, and now he fakes a cry. Political animals like Biden will do or say anything for power if they think enough gullible people will believe it.
