Pat, Good point. Ancor hasn't been able to research Arcxel extensively due to the fact that they haven't been shipping their switch until VERY recently. (They announced a September delivery, but I don't know for sure if they are shipping yet.) I think that the Class 1 & Intermix capability would indicate that Arcxel plans to compete in the networking area, but the low port count would tend to point to storage. Based on the Sequent debacle, I also question the ability of a couple of former Emulex guys to do Class 1. <g> Craig
