Do not put words in my mouth. I did not say all conservatives are racist. I said the south voted Republican for the last 40 years because of the 1964 civil rights act. And blacks vote 90% dmes because they have been better to them. Most conservatives are fine people and NOT racists. Marriage is an existential social decision which compassionate people support because it is what the gay community wants and hurts no one. You are being very unempathetic and just grabing an argument out of the air. Why would gays want to live life any differently than you. What if society said you could not marry becasue your name is Joe? It is that stupid!
