(Believe that the Supreme Court will be the 'decider' on THAT ONE. :-) All I can say is that no previous Presidency, in the entire history of American government, has ever claimed what Cheney/Bush are claiming for the status of the V.P.'s office. So, usually the way it works when there is a dispute over the meaning of our Constitution is that someone takes it to the Courts... and the Courts ultimately make the call. :-)
