But, as far as the 'bile' assertion about Gov. Palin goes --- I was one of the very first to post any admiring comments about Palin on these threads! I posted several times (when her selection was FIRST announced, and few had ever heard of her before) that she seemed to be both SMART, and TALENTED as a politician. And that --- as far as the ONE really big thing she had done since becoming Governor of Alaska that I knew about, her selection of Trans-Canada for the government subsidized gas pipeline Alaska is trying to build --- MY PERSONAL OPINION was that she'd made the DIFFICULT, but also the CORRECT CHOICE, and that decision process seemed very IMPRESSIVE the way she stood-up to Exxon. Since then, other facts have come out about the previously little-known politician (not all favorable IMO but, hey... what politician has ever done 'all favorable' stuff? <g>). Still, Tidey... 'facts do matter'. It should not be so easy for you to dismiss all opinions as the inevitable result of 'bile' and 'hate'. (Although I realize that is probably the knee-jerk reaction for Big Authoritarians such as yourself. :-)
