Democrat women who watched were probably fooled by his contrived almost cry stagecraft. The same man who lied and told people for years his wife died at the hands of a drunk driver, will say almost anything for political power. All I ask for is the Vice President to understand his/her role in the Constitution. I don't think it's much to ask. Maybe we should force them to take a test for qualifications similar to taking the bar exam? On that most basic score, Biden failed. He doesn't understand what article discusses the Vice President in the Constitution, nor what the meaning of the words represent. For that reason alone he is not qualified to be Vice President. He failed a 6th grade Civics question. And argued that Cheney was dangerous for following the Constitution. Since reading doesn't appear to be Joe Biden's strong suit. I suggest he watch the HBO series John Adams. He might learn something about the Constitution. Then come back in 4 years and re-apply for the position.
