Palin was refreshing last night. When you get passed her accent, as well as her intense knowledge about every detail, she showed that she is more than competent, and someone who is different than the other 3 candidates. She certainly is a different picture than what we are accustomed to, yet, just because Biden is more comfortable with his sound bites after 30 years in the Senate, she showed that she can think. She reminds me of the President Lula of Brazil, a drop out who is leading Brazil forward without a pedigree degree. Maybe that is what we need, a real outsider.
