I hope that CDN's new CEO, Jack Harding, will issue a statement regarding whether he intends to pursue Costello's initiatives against AVNT. Even if he decides to back off or settle, the criminal case against AVNT and its people is still there.

AVNT now up 2 on 140,000 shares traded. Today has turned out to be in fact interesting. Is there short covering just because Costello no longer is at CDN? The board remains the same and I see no impact on the court cases because Costello is no longer CEO, he remains a witness, has already provided all the information he is capable, and in fact, if he was focusing too much time on AVNT, this may be a blessing in disguise for CDN. CDN will focus on business and allow the attorneys and State of California worry about AVNT as they should.
