This whole debate over who should marry whom goes back to the ill-fated "National Family Conference" of the late 1970's. Carter's people were planning a conference that purported to be a National Conference on the Family---------guess what they were not going to include the American Family. These professional, socialist planners, were going to conduct a nationwide conference of "professionals" and leave out the professional women and men who managed their families daily. Virginia women and families rose to the cause and secured hearings throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia and the nation. Families today owe those women a vote of appreciation for their perseverance against the socialist state------these women recognized that the right to vote was only as good as their involvement in defending the rights of the American family to not be redefined by the left.
