and by the way, there have been a few improvements made in the security areas: 1. we take about 400 pictures a day of each citizen 2. we take DNA samples whenever we can and keep them forever 3. we are flying drones overheard regularly to snap a photo or 2 of those whose mugs we didn't get with the pole mounted equipment. 4.
