here is the long term bullish percent chart of the OTC area. It has historical meaning at or near these levels.

This chart is about 8 years old. note the support at 22% even during 2001 & 2002 lows.

we broke those lows in Jan of this year and we're now coming down to "test" the Jan lows this week or next.

anything can happen but we have rallied up each of these years even during times of major duress and stress.

we could break this low too, it would not surprise me..

i am being very patient about pushing funds into this market just yet.
