IMO too nice to Paulson. Fratto admitted that the original 3-pager had been in the works for a long time. They've known about this, as has at least parts of the media and the financial system, for years. This is the last, great TAX and STEAL extortion, fear-mongering theft by Bush's BASE, the haves and have mores. He wasn't kidding about that when he said it. He has done an outstanding job for them. They are fine with a depression. They will fear monger even more, blame everything on the Dems (note that it's the DEMS standing with him and Paulson the pics), buy everything at bargain prices and try to get back in to inflate another bubble.
