Jlallen, Biden could get away with the lies because Palin was too busy repairing her own reputation. Plus she's kind of stuck having to defend McCain.

I think she lost a big opportunity to attack Joe Biden as part of the reason why Congress has approval ratings that are colder than the winters of Alaska.
