Think balance sheet and income statement -- your costs are going up, your revenue is going down and your balance sheet is being trashed.

The decline in your revenue will not slow the rise in your costs and your balance sheet which is denominated in worthless dollars is going to be shredded. There is NO DEFLATION -- there is just the hissing sounds coming from the pile of ashes that you once called your assets. Meantime, your revenue is drying up -- and because you trade paper off your balance sheet in exchange for imported goods and services (and fresh loans) you rely totally on the attractiveness of your balance sheet to get foreigners to accept your paper (dollars and related toxic waste) -- but markets are set to reject your paper -- so your costs will soar BECAUSE YOUR BALANCE SHEET IS BEING TRASHED.

No deflation in the USA -- nowhere and nohow.
