I think there is plenty of blame to go around...when Bush's (and Repub) reform efforts targeted at the GSEs got stuffed...he should have sounded the alarm a lot louder....Clinton and the dems share the blame but they should not be alone in the penalty box as far as I am concerned.....petty, partisan pinheads like Dizzie Toodud are predictable in their finger pointing.... This is a failure of our govenrment on both the executive and legislative level over at least the past three decades.... J.
