I keep looking through my portfolio and mentally, the dichotomy hits me: Either almost all stocks I am seeing are buys now or else they are all sells (so as to get out before the financial panic really hits). Anyway, for now I'm adding - small, small, small. Still sustaining hefty losses on almost all recent purchases. MMM at multi-year lows and p/e. More ETN, more RIG. Cut back on MIC. Taking losses also STLD, AN, PCZ, ERIC.

First Industrial Realty Trust Inc. (FR) cuts its Q4 dividend to $0.25. and lowers its full year outlook. I liked it at $22 and should have loved it at $6. Stock up 51% today to $9.52 as the market had discounted worst case. CEO resigns...maybe we have seen the bottom. Company got a few upgrades today too. First Industrial Realty lowers full-year outlook Thursday October 30, 2:10 pm ET First Industrial Realty Trust reduces full-year guidance citing difficult leasing environment biz.yahoo.com All of my other REIT stocks are down too. finance.yahoo.com FR seems like the biggest loser but the others are not too far behind. finance.yahoo.com I will probably add to my basket of REITs in December as I am sure there will be some tax loss selling. EKS Been raising some cash (tax loss selling) with the recent rally. Hope to put it back to work before year end.
