1. He was wrong to suggest the FF didn't define a legislative role for the VP. It's right there, spelled out in Article I. 2. He was also wrong to state that the "executive branch" is defined in Article I. (It's defined in Article II.) 3. He was wrong when he stated the constitution says the VP's job is to advise the president. It doesn't say anything of the kind.
