I've talked with several solid (R) dudes here that aren't at all comfortable with the idea of her being a heartbeat away AT ALL since the debate.

I don't think it means Intrade doesn't agree. It just means they think that whether or not she won the debate or not, the Intraders realized that one of the final election milestones passed by without major benefit to McCain, and now there's only a month left and two debates to go. The debate kept the status quo, and that benefits Obama.
