Arnold is a lot smarter than he's given credit for being.

BS. She's known up there for "gibberish" in prior campaigns...

Neither is Ah-nuld, yet he succeeded in getting elected twice in the most populous and most leftist state in the nation.

Many differences...state vs nation, arnold is not a far right winger and I think arnold is smarter than this woman.

In hindsight, Palin probably should have declined interviews, especially with Katie Couric, until she was up-to-speed on issues of national importance. That Couric interview in particular was a real anomaly and not typical of her short but distinguished career in Alaskan politics.

It showed us why the campaign was so keen on keeping her under wraps...it also shows what a sick thing mccain did by picking her. Oh well, the country is thankful and better informed now that she did the interviews.
