Ladies & Gentlemen: ADOT has just secured a $1 million dollar financing
through 8% convertible debentures with an 18 month restricted term. I
pulled the press release up on AOL, but I presume it is also available
on PR Newswire or Yahoo. The money will be used to purchase the aero-
space firm and also "working capital"which will allow them to produce
addditional units.

This can only be good news!!! $1 million isn't a lot in this day and
age, but it should let them proceed according to plan. I look for the
stock to work higher from here based on the good news. Now we know
what all the volume was about.

Since some of the ADOT people presumably came from Sandia Labs, you might want to look for Sandia patents (although any intellectual property would presumably belong to Sandia and not to employees who took the ideas with them).
