I have read that the case was being filed. If Berg filed the case properly then certainly DNC and Obama would have received calls to respond. Are the documents for real---don't know----if I understand this correctly the court overruled the DNC and Obama and ordered them to produce the documents of his birth etc. Is that what you are reading? Maybe this is the surprise story that was referred to about a year ago-----saying a major story would break on a candidate in the fall of 2008. If I recall correctly that was the San Diego story----since that time we have had the Edward's mistress scandal while his wife is struggling with cancer, at the time I figured the Edward's story was the one referred to----see Ron Rosenbaum's site for archives on that story, late 2007. mj
