Kyros, if it's a "market price" then as you say, the thing is available for sale at that price. If it isn't then it isn't a market price, it's some other number.

When people say "it's impossible to get good employees" what they mean is they can't afford to or refuse to pay the price required. I recommend they try offering $1 million per year salary and see if they get some applications. Same with "there's no gold available" they should try offering $2000 an ounce and see if there's any for sale.
