We've got Solvay saying that SLV320 is from Cadus, and we've got the Cadus disclosures that say that Cadus is owed (late and small) milestones and royalties on the first Solvay or KDUS-derived OSIP project to receive regulatory clearance. So it's difficult to understand why or how Blitz could have said that. All OSIP and KDUS SEC disclosures are consistent with what I've said. My discussions with Woler are described in this thread and the KDUS PR following the OSIP deal is posted here. Larger shareholders have all of the necessary information to pursue the issues, if they like. Best! Rick
