Her being unable to speak extemporaneously is not isolated to running for VP and isn't a new thing. A typical liberal attempt to bash a conservative with a lie. Palin clearly has no difficulty with extemporaneous speaking. She, like most everyone, has a difficult time dealing with ambushes.
