What about Bush's "America's Home Ownership Challenge" that resulted in $1 trillion in loans to low income households? He pushed lenders to create "creative loan products" and zero down loans that are at the heart of the mess. whitehouse.gov hud.gov That is what is at the core of this. Had nothing to do with liberals.
