The economy is fine. McCain's statement that it is "fundamentally strong" is correct.


I am so glad to hear you say that. With that attitude, the Republicans don't have a chance of winning the presidential election as well as the myriad other congressional seats up for grab.

You are kidding, right?

What about Bush's "America's Home Ownership Challenge" that resulted in $1 trillion in loans to low income households? He pushed lenders to create "creative loan products" and zero down loans that are at the heart of the mess.
