Which ONE?

(There were *several*. Each incident, of course, had it's own official investigations.)

The articles (several... in a variety of newspapers around the world) mostly seemed to be sourced off of an L.A. Times article of today.

Suggest you go to it for links (results from the official Navy accident investigations, etc.) to the primary reference materials.

Should not be hard, it's public info now.
