ls, i agree obama is a slime ball politician. haviong said that, he's slick like willie clinton.

i always said bill clinton was smooth enough to steal your wallet and still be able to get you to like him.

obama is very similar. his stated approach is more compassionate, though. i think this is what knighty appreciates.

i appreciate it in a way, too, but i think he's hot air and, if he tries to get stuff done, the law of unintended consequences will reap havoc on america.

the concept of enabling poor and lower middle income people to get into homes appears noble and compassionate on the surface.

it is also one of the legs on the current global economic crisis that has the president chimp of the united states mentioning "depression."

nobody intended for this "good deed" to turn so badly for so many (now many middle income people will lose their homes!).

then again, i'm not sure obama will try and do any good. i have a problem deciphering truth from narcissistic, sociopathic liars (all politicians fall into this camp, not just obama).

Nope, he's a cut above. McCain is showing his true colors with his daily smears. But even he is not a slime ball of the Bush caliber. Hopefully, we are rising above the level of the Bush gutter this time around.
