Games theory tells us that --- when in the middle of a financial boom, (even one built upon a base of sand, reliant upon unnatural injections of liquidity into the system and 'bubblicious' action), with your market competitors lying and cheating and pushing loans out the door as fast as they can --- the *correct response* if one wants to profit maximally is to ACT THE SAME as your competition.

Engage in the same frauds, push the maximum number of loans.

So long as 'success' is measured only over the short-term, by commissions and annual bonuses and such, then THAT is the way to prosper and not get left behind by your market competition.
