congrats on your good trade! yup, bad behavior all around. I was talking to a customer up in wyoming last week and he kept talking about predatory lending habits. The term really bothered me because it implies that the people taking the loans didn't have some culpability in this whole thing. I basically see it a bunch of stupidity on both sides of the transaction. like you said, greed and bad lending practices. Both sides of the equation were needed to make the current situation happen.
