Skeets, That dude may be right. Racism runs deep among the undecided.

The Keating 5 scandal is a bad one because it so much reflects the current financial melt down. We have sure learned a lot since then. VBG

I stayed at The Phoenician Resort and it was great. I got a picture taken with my main squeeze at the time. We were sitting where a picture of Charles Keating and the owners was taken. I love history and trying to pretend I was part of it.

We boomers are definitely selfish.

It doesnt' matter if the CEO of GM votes for Obama. Some of his workers will because McCain told them "their jobs were toast." Which was the truth. Some of his workers will vote for McCain because of Hell Night in Detroit. I don't think Barack and Michelle actually burn cars on the street, but to an assembly line worker, there is no logic to their hate.

Obama will still probably win even with all the racists out there, but if he was a European American, he would be ahead about 15 to 20% in all the polls right now, considering how widely hated Bush is, and the fact McCaine is more of the "McSame".
