I forgot where I read it, but in the last two elections 30 days before the election, Democrats were well ahead in the polls and lost the election. When Democrats won (Bill Clinton), polls showed him having a 10% greater lead than the results demonstrated.

Wish I could find the data. Maybe another pfp poster will take up the research effort.

I would prefer everyone recognized Obama as the dangerous radical he is, but McCain needs every vote he can get. Also as a matter of disclosure, Clarence Thomas is my favorite US Supreme Court Justice. By Far...
