Shanghai does run HT3.1

I was quoting the section below. I don't know exactly where the poster got it from because he didn't provide a link but it says Shanghai will not have HT3.1 enabled. If that's true then you are wrong. I can only conclude that it's not enabled because it doesn't work, which is to be expected with AMD. Can you honestly say you expect AMD to deliver what they promise when they promise it?

Although it’s been pointed out by AMD beforehand, the Shanghai marchitecture is built to operate on a HyperTransport 3.1 bus, although for reasons that AMD is sure to explain later, the first parts will only be HT 1.0 enabled. Those HT3.1 parts will show up later, according to the site.
