The $1.3 trillion Abu Dhabi Investment Authority is ranked second after China in value of sovereign funds.

When your cash reserves pass a trillion, does it count as "deep pockets?"

I should note that I'm not nearly as enthusiastic about supporting an "Abu Dhabi" controlled and funded outfit as I was about AMD.

Abu Dhabi can wrap a $500 rebate around every $100 CPU they sell for the next decade to build market share without noticing the cost.

Looks like good times are coming for CPU buyers...
