Looks like the new 32nm MegaFab in New York is a go, paid for with Abu Dhabi cash up front - no new debt.

I wonder if Abu Dhabi will decide it should offer "incentive pricing" to it's new customer for the first decade or so, to build market share.

It's not like they've got much else to do with $1.3 trillion, they already built all those island resorts.

Err no, I was right again give or take one per cent. 50/50.
I was also in the zone for the amount, $2.2bn.

AMD just got $2-8bn investment and two new fabs developed, Hector did it again ! ;-) I told you to be patient while they did all the paperwork ;-).
