<<Way too much blame? >>

Craig,

Ed does have a point however. We don't seem to give the old team any credit for the buisness they did earn. Remember that Bull, Hucom, Oil patch, AWACS, and the new switch were all seeds or trees from the old regime. There is no proof that the new team has done anything yet. It is also much easier now to see what directions FC can go than it was a couple years ago when O'Hara was trying to decide.

Furthermore, I don't think the old team messed up the "30 million dollar deal" granted they probably should have made sure it technically worked before announcing it, but they did have a signed contract.

With that said, I do believe the management team has been greatly fortified and will produce much more than the previous one would have - given time.

Steve

<<Don't you think the loss of a potential $30 million contract from Sequent was significant? Don't you think the revenue restatement was significant? Don't you think the damage to customer relationships was significant? Don't you think the lack of a fully optimized Class 2/3 switch was significant? (Granted, this occured on Cal's watch too)>>

Craig,

All of those happened in the past and do affect the future at all. Furthermore, they now have the optimized switch. What matters is what they have today and where they are going in the future. (Bottom line.)

Granted, the current stock price may be the result of past mismanagement, but with the new team and new switch we should be hearing A LOT MORE than we currently are. This does not bode well.
